Start with a confidential enquiry about your project or transaction. OGZ will assess the scope and issue the appropriate mandate and, where needed, a mutual non-disclosure agreement privately before any payment is requested.
Engagement process overview
We first establish the client, project and requested scope. The applicable signed mandate governs the engagement. Fees can be negotiated and recorded in writing; website summaries do not override the mandate.
Initial enquiry
Tell us your organisation, project, location and the support you need. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or confidential transaction files through a public enquiry.
Choose the appropriate mandate
OGZ uses two separate engagement mandates: a general transaction advisory and commercial strategy mandate, and a mandate incorporating STRATUM onboarding. The appropriate document and any NDA are issued privately after the enquiry.
Sign and return agreement
Review the scope, fees, responsibilities and confidentiality terms before signing. OGZ confirms acceptance and provides the agreed payment instructions separately. An enquiry or website checkbox does not appoint OGZ or create an executed NDA.
Scope agreed before work begins
Each engagement is assessed individually. We agree the work and commercial terms in writing, protect confidential information and coordinate relevant specialist input. Funding, investor introductions and transaction completion are not guaranteed.
Our rigorous due diligence
After the appropriate mandate is signed and accepted, OGZ confirms the information required for a proportionate project and counterparty review. Confidential documents are requested through an agreed private channel.
Onboarding to STRATUM and beyond
Where STRATUM is appropriate, its onboarding and access arrangements are set out in the separate mandate incorporating STRATUM. A general OGZ enquiry does not automatically subscribe a client to STRATUM. Platform access and introductions do not guarantee funding or a completed transaction.
