Your payment of the US$10,000 one-time Engagement Fee formally initiates your engagement with OGZ Ventures. This fee covers the initial due diligence and onboarding process.

Download engagement letter

Once payment is successfully processed, you will be presented with a prominent "Download Engagement Letter" button or link to retrieve the official OGZ Engagement Agreement in PDF format.

Sign and return agreement

The Engagement Letter must be signed and returned to OGZ Ventures before the onboarding process can continue. This ensures mutual understanding and commitment.

What Happens Next

The Engagement Fee covers the professional onboarding and due diligence process and is non-refundable once due diligence has commenced.

OGZ’s compensation beyond this fee is a 5% success fee on any funding, investment, acquisition, joint venture or commercial transaction successfully introduced, structured or facilitated by OGZ.

Only projects that successfully complete due diligence will be approved for onboarding onto STRATUM, our proprietary mining intelligence and transaction platform. Once onboarded, your project becomes eligible for investor introductions and transaction advisory services, connecting you with a vetted global network of investors and commercial partners.
